BIM-Based Project Modeling

Comprehensive Building Information Modeling (BIM) was implemented for the project, including detailed modeling of electrical and mechanical systems.

All interdisciplinary conflicts within the project were identified, analyzed, and reported to the project management team for resolution.

Accurate quantity take-offs were performed, categorized according to the specific requirements of the project management team.

Shop drawings were developed following the detection and resolution of clashes to ensure precise execution on site.

The project incorporated 44 prefabricated modules, and detailed connection drawings for these modules were produced and documented.
