Established in 2017, Modisa Group is dedicated to developing and implementing advanced technological solutions that support design processes, project management, and facility operation within the construction industry.
We began our journey in 2017 under the brand Sharif Modisa, focusing on Building Information Modeling (BIM) and related digital construction technologies.
We expanded our focus in 2018 to include the development of IT infrastructure and innovative technological products in the fields of project management, operations management, and education.
We received the National Innovation Award in Construction from Bank Maskan at the first National Innovation in Construction Festival (MAXINO).
We established CHAI-LAB in the United States as a research and collaboration hub aimed at fostering partnerships with the construction industry in the fields of advanced and emerging technologies.
